ST. JOSEPH

St. Joseph, the foster father of Jesus Christ, is the heavenly patron of our school. In the Bible, St. Joseph is called a "Just Man". Joseph obeyed the voice of God. He took care of Mary and the child Jesus until his own death in his old age. St. Joseph was a carpenter by profession and so the Church, as the Patron of all workers, has given him to the world. The Church celebrates his feast twice every year; once on March 19 as the chaste spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary and a second time on May las the patron of workers. May St. Joseph, the just man and our heavenly Patron guide, protect and bless us from heaven!
