Message from Principal

Dear Parents and students,

Greetings from St. Joseph's NTPC, Dibiyapur!

As the nation-wide lock down is going on to control the Covid-19 pandemic and as our economy, families, communities and the entire way of life is being affected by the scare of contagion, representing the school management , I would like to express my solidarity with you and with your family. I am grateful to our teachers and students who have come out of their comfort zones and adjusted with the new way of teaching and learning. A special word of thanks to all my parents who did a lot of sacrifice to co-operate with this big challenge of keeping their wards at home and supporting with the procedures of on-line classes.

Let me inform you that, as we are starting the summer vacation from Monday, June 1st 2020, we are discontinuing the on-line classes for the time being. Further official intimation will be sent regarding the re-opening of the school. Kindly keep in touch with the concerned teachers through whatsApp groups. One of the biggest challenges for parents amidst rising anxiety and isolation is to keep their kids engaged, motivate them to keep learning and at the same time, keep them happy and focused on their mental well being. With this intention, each class is given holiday assignments and some fun activities. My humble request to parents is to keep, motivate and remind your wards to complete these tasks on time and submit to the concerned teachers according to the guidelines given. A few on-line competitions will also be conducted after resuming the classes.  Details are given to students through teachers. All information including holiday assignments and on-line competitions are also available in the school website.

My sincere thanks to our school manager, Rev. Fr. James Palackal, for his whole hearted support and initiative in running on-line classes for the first time at St. Joseph’s.  I specially place on record my heartfelt thanks for the generous and dedicated service rendered by the teaching staff whose hard work is instrumental for the success of this new venture. School non teaching staff especially the office and Library staff, you have done a marvellous job through your timely support and technical assistance.

Let me wish all of you all the best and pray for your safety. Stay home & stay safe.
